I saw him sitting at our kitchen table,
leaning over goosebump – ed chicken
rice pearls neatly arranged to decorate
the plates rim
chatty apple juice in tall glass figures
beside cutlery, 7 milimeters apart, excatly messured
i want to padd his reddish wollen sweater
comfort each knitted row
listening to the metallic sound of cutting meat
i watch the chicken get lifted up piece by piece
interrupted by 20 chews
24/7 at noon the chicken gets sliced
sometimes delayed by histerical erruptions
over burned rice

I enjoyed the precise detail and account with the surprise of burned rice at the end.
Nicely done.
